WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. AI tools evolve rapidly. Reviews reflect our opinion at the time of writing and may become outdated. Always conduct your own research before purchasing or using any AI tool.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed One Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $1).

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ai Velocity Lab regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
